Sunday ‘Afternoon’ underway!

In response to numerous inquiries for an entry-level Sunday sailboat, we’re delighted to announce tooling has started on this delightful new boat. From Rob Ladd, designer of the Sunday 41, comes this classically styled little sister, the 23 foot (7 meter) Sunday ‘Afternoon.’

Like the Sunday 41, the new Afternoon merges timeless lines with modern underbody and superb yacht-quality construction. Spade rudder, foil and bulb keel, Lewmar deck hardware, Selden spars, and choice of quality sails ensure performance perfectly suited to Sunday afternoons in harbors, lakes, and bays.

CE-compliant like all Red Dragon/Paramount boats, customers can choose either electric or diesel auxiliary power with identical performance. The cozy cuddy with V-berth offers sufficient room for occasional overnights, and the roomy cockpit offers ample space for sailing friends.
